Main Points of the Gearn 2007 Lease Program 01. The basic cost involved is $2.50 per ton of corn based on preprocessed grain weight. NOTICE: On new equipment the rate per ton will drop to $1.90 ton. Effective 9/1/2004. The following calculations are based on the new rate. 02. The minimum charge per month will equate to a minimum tonnage which will

The 18 "dia. X 18" length is our smallest mill with production of 2.5 tons per hour, minimum lease is $1,650 month production base of 870 tons per month. Our smallest roll but the flake is the same exact quality, excellent. 05. The 18" X 36" single mill unit non-expandable. Production of 6 tons per hour. Minimum payment is $3,300 per month, production base of 1,737 tons per month. 06. The 18" X 36" single mill unit expandable to two mills. Production of 6 tons per hour. Minimum payment is $3,870 per month, production base of 2,036 tons per month. 07. The 18" X 36" double mill unit. Production of 12 tons per hour. Minimum lease is $4,360 per month, production base of 2,310 tons per month. 08. The 24" X 48" single mill unit. Production of 15 tons per hour. Minimum lease is $4,691 per month, production base of 2,469 tons per month. 09. Added bonus, half of all lease payments apply toward purchase. 10. All payments must be made within 10 days of due date. The late payments do not apply toward purchase and will not be applied ever. Only the "on time" payments will apply toward purchase. 11. The minimum lease period is three years. 12. Purchase of unit is available anytime after the first year with half of all on time lease payments applying toward purchase. 13. There is no interest charge, just a lease fee, the mill maybe returned after the three year minimum lease period with no penalty. There is a $5,000 charge for labor to remove mill unit plus $5.00 per loaded mile. 14. If the lease is terminated by the customer before the three year period 85% of the remaining month's minimum payments will be charged plus the removal fee stated in item 12. 15. Shipping, installation and auxiliary equipment is not included in the lease program and will be charged for at quoted prices.
