Full System Setup

 

 

With this service you get just about everything you need to put in a Gearn Modular Mill System. 

We start by designing the system to fit your  needs.  If we can use what you have we will, but if all you have is dirt we can handle that too.

 

 

Next we do the drafting that is required.  Concrete, site, and equipment prints as needed.  (There is an additional fee for engineer stamped prints.) 

We don't usually pour concrete ourselves, but we have an excellent subcontractor if needed.

Then we build the equipment.  We build as much of the equipment as it is feasible to ship in our shop.  In doing so we cut the on site construction time down immensely, causing less down time at sites where the unit is being added to an existing system.  This also cuts down on construction time because shop conditions are easier to control than site conditions.

After that we go to the site where we install the equipment.  Our field crew is fast and efficient.  They come in set up and are gone with minimal interference to your operation.  However, most states require a locally licensed electrician to do any on site electrical work. 

We finish up with start up and training.  We send out an instructor to show you how to start up your new system.  After he makes sure everything is working properly, he trains your workers on the new equipment.  He shows them what to do and what not to do, always stressing safety.

Finally we back you up with support services.  If you need replacement parts or technical support we are always just a phone call away.
